We had a large bedroom.

The breakfast served was absolutely amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The couple who owned the place were incredibly hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location was glorious, with plenty of opportunities for walks to the beach and through green, leafy surroundings.

The shower was a bit slow, but the owners explained that it was the best they could arrange. it was a minor downside but my two sons and I managed well.

some of the furnishings in the cottage were not very comfortable. it was a pleasant stay, but these were the highlights and lowlights.

Lovely and wonderful location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. Also, East Sands Leisure Centre was 2 km away.

We booked deluxe king suite that was complete with comfortable king size bed as advertised. An electric kettle, refrigerators and glassware worked well.

As adventure travelers, we were thrilled with the secluded and tranquil location of Balmungo Cottage. The manicured grounds and amazing view added to the sense of tranquility. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and had comfortable beds, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hosts, Alan and Norma, were charming and offered helpful advice and tips on local attractions. The breakfast, with its personal touch and thoughtful selection, was absolutely fabulous.
